Wine Review: This yellow colored wine was the clear favorite in our first blind tasting of white wines. It opens with a light honeydew melon like bouquet with hints of pear and petrol. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is balanced, elegant, with integrated acidity and lemony flavors. The finish is dry, refined, and linger nicely. The panel felt this charming wine would pair quite nicely with chicken picatta. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Rich, smoky aromas of fig, toast and crème brulée combined with the sweet straw of the Sauvignon Blanc. This is a powerhouse white wine that is youthful and complex. Pear, straw, honeydew melons and citrus peel flavors expand in the mouth. Silky, creamy textures add to the personality of the wine.
