Wine Review: This very pale yellow wine opens with a pleasant floral bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, creamy, and shows nice balance between its acids and sweetness. The main flavor profile is ripe pear and it also shows some minerals notes as well. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. I would pair this wine with trout or sole to enhance the meal.
