Wine Review: If you are looking for a pleasing everyday white wine consider this option from Cabriz. This pale yellow wine opens with a very pleasant pineapple like bouquet. On the palate, this light bodied wine is clean, fresh, and shows tasty green apple flavors with infused minerality. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. This wine will pair nicely with mussels in a garlic broth. Enjoy - Ken
