Wine Review: This dark ruby colored wine opens with a pleasant blueberry and blackberry bouquet with hints of spice. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, soft, and graceful. It displays finesse and shows pleasant berry flavors and hints of chocolate on the back palate. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins linger for some time. This is a nice wine that would pair well with beef brisket. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The 2006 Napa Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon reveals vibrant dark fruit aromas of blackberry and plum, with oak and vanilla that integrate nicely with vibrant red berry flavors on the palate. This full-bodied Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon cries for beef, lamb and game.
