Wine Review: This cherry red colored wine opens with a very pleasant cherry like bouquet with hints of plum. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is smooth, soft, and tasty with black raspberry like flavors. The finish is quite dry and its tannins linger for quite some time. Pair this juicy wine with grilled steak tips smothered in a sweet barbecue sauce. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The fresh and lively nose bursts with violet, black plum, wild raspberry, black currant, and mint. The mouth-filling palate is layered with wild cherry, cassis, black raspberry.
