Wine Review: This very dark ruby wine opens with an old world styled nose. Some cherry, earth, and light oak are present. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, juicy, with raspberry like flavors with a touch of spice. The finish is quite dry and nicely extended. I would pair this wine with beef bourguignon. Enjoy - Ken
