Wine Review: This gold colored wine is a winner every year. Our mini group of panelist unanimously endorsed it again this year. It opens with a very attractive apricot and ripe peach bouquet with a hint of orange. On the palate, this wine is smooth, creamy, and sweet with delicious ripe apricot marmalade and honey flavors. The finish is really refreshing. This is a real value dessert wine and we would pair it with an assorted cheese platter with sliced green apples. Enjoy this gem, we did. - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Apricots permeate the senses with richness with subtle characters of peaches and lilies. The fruit from the nose radiates throughout the palate with added flowers reminiscent of a spring meadow filled with color. The light acidity cleans the palate from the sweetness while retaining the airy fragrances.
