Wine Review: This light yellow wine opens with a very attractive and aromatic melon like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is nicely balanced, with in check acidity, and very tasty pear like flavors with hints of minerality. The finish is dry and quite refreshing. This is a great food wine and it would pair nicely with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: A pleasant and fresh blend. Its notes, in bottle, are very fruity, with lime and white flowers flavours as well as citrus fruits scents and a fresh petulance. At the time of the aperitif, it stirs up the palate without extinguish our thirst.
