Wine Review: This is the second vintage in a row that we have recommended this wine. I think this is one of the best Sauvignon Blanc’s in the Northeast. This wine opens with an attractive pink grapefruit like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, nicely balanced, with ripe red ruby grapefruit flavors with a hint of minerality and sweetness. The finish is dry and refreshing. This wine would pair nicely with grilled trout or ham. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and aged in stainless steel to highlight the natural acidity and crisp fruit flavors inherent of cool climate wines. It is medium bodied, with passionfruit and gooseberries aromas and flavors. It has a crisp and palate-cleansing finish. Sancerre style.
