Wine Review: This wine is just fun. It would appeal to my sister who likes light bodied sweet wines. It is pale yellow in color. You would never guess it is made from unoaked late harvest Chardonnay. It opens with an attractive floral like bouquet. On the palate, it is quite sweet and slightly creamy. As I mentioned, it will appeal to Riesling and sweet blush wine fans. The finish is quite refreshing. This is another good aperitif option and would pair nicely with spring rolls or bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Naked...Nude...In The Buff...and showing the true expression of the Chardonnay grape. Tropical amonas and flavors of bananas and melons are evident in this unoaked Chardonnay. Serve with spicy dishes, light seafood, and picnic foods. Enjoy in your favorite picnic attire or simply In The Buff.
