Wine Review: This might be the best wine yet, that we have tried from Childress. This impressively deep yellow colored wine opens with a mild lemon and apricot like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, creamy, and soft with very enjoyable peach and melon like flavors with a hint of pineapple. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. Serve this wine cool, not cold to bring out its best qualities. It is a perfect match for chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A fruit forward Chardonnay features a fruity mix of citrus, apple and pineapple that teases the palate and finishes light and dry.
