Wine Review: This black cherry colored wine from the Caymus family opens with a black raspberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, with spicy black cherry flavors with a hint of dark chocolate. The finish is dry and shows tingly tannins that are slightly prolonged. This Pinot would pair nicely with pork tenderloin with a brown sage sauce. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Dark garnet hue. Nuanced flavors of bing cherry, sweet brown spices and earth aromas are showcased by a rich, concentrated texture. The finely balanced finish is long, lush and fruit-driven.
