Wine Review: This is one of the best Sauvignon Blancs that I have tried from Australia. This pale yellow colored wine opens with a very pleasant traditional gooseberry like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is well balanced between its delicate acidity and terrific citrus flavors. There is also a touch of lime that peeks through. The finish is dry and quite pleasing. This wine would be a fine compliment to a grilled tuna or swordfish steak. Enjoy – Ken
