Wine Review: This dark ruby wine opens with a light raspberry bouquet with a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is soft, nicely balanced, with integrated acidity, and juicy raspberry flavors with a hint of black cherry. The finish is dry with soft tannins that linger slightly. This Barbera is very food friendly and paired nicely with my meat filled ravioli in a brown sauce. Enjoy – Ken
