Wine Review: The name of this wine does not fit its personality, because this wine is no "Slacker." This wine is full of personality and provides you with lots of satisfying effort. This ruby colored blended wine opens with an attractive black cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine enters the mouth with a soft and smooth mouthfeel. Then the wine comes alive and builds up to exploding spicy black cherry and blackberry flavors. It’s quite impressive and complex. The finish is dry and its tingly tannins linger on for a little while. We enjoyed this wine at happy hour, lakeside with goof friends over cheese, crackers, and pepperoni. It was a perfect starter wine for the evening. However, this wine is still a young puppy and could stay in your cellar for a few more years as well. Enjoy - Ken
