Wine Review: This dark ruby wine opens with a pleasant spicy cherry and musty oak bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is balanced, smooth and easy to drink, but not overly complex. The flavor profile is tasty cherry flavors with hints of cinnamon. The finish is dry with tannins that linger slightly. The panel would pair this wine with mushroom risotto or ribs. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Bright, sophisticated, easy to get along with, and the center of engaging conversation - Who wouldn’t want to escort this gorgeous, dark, handsome beauty wrapped on their arm to any lively dinner party? Desirous luscious black cherry, almost too ripe cantaloupe, soft round shoulders, hints of pencil shaving spice, with a beautifully round finish. If not for her elegance, the catty amongst us might misconstrue her somewhat acidic forward attitude for a petite, flirtatious tart.
