Wine Review: This wine is a consistent winner every year. This year's vintage might even be the best yet. We enjoyed this charming pale yellow wine with friends on a beautiful summer day on Lake George in the Adirondacks in New York. This gem opens with a pleasant wet stone and green apple like bouquet. On the palate, this is medium bodied wine is well balanced, clean, and is absolutely delicious with ripe green apple flavors with notes of lime. We were yearning for a second glass as soon as we finished the first sip. It didn’t last very long. The finish is dry and very refreshing. We thought this wine would pair perfectly with grilled swordfish. Serve chilled. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: A textbook mid-September Albarino harvest produced healthy grapes with intense aromatic qualities. Fresh yet full, Morgadío's tropically intense style is in full evidence. A wine with structure that will last in bottle well beyond the norm.
