Wine Review: This wine seems to be a consistently Very Good wine every vintage. The 2007 is pale yellow in color and opens with a pleasant light lemon like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly creamy, with nicely integrated acidity. Its flavor profile is a light lime and would appeal to readers who like light unoaked chards and Sauvignon Blanc. The finish is dry and quite refreshing. We would pair this tasty wine with steamed mussels in a garlic and white wine broth. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Bright, vibrant and wonderfully aromatic. The wine is brimming full of fresh flavors with notes of lychee, apple, and pear. The wine is spectacular in its flavor and character. This is what unoaked Chardonnay is meant to taste like. Enjoy now with friends and family.
