Wine Review: This wine came in the day after our blind tasting. So I recently tried it with a couple of my panel members non blind. We were very pleased. This pale yellow wine opens with a very attractive lime bouquet with hints of apricot. On the palate, this wine is round and smooth with gently integrated acidity. The flavor profile is slightly tart lime flavors. The finish is dry and refreshing. This wine will appeal to fans of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and we would pair this wine with swordfish or chicken with a pineapple and mango salsa. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Bright with intense aromas of lime juice, ruby grapefruit, guava and a hint of clover. This 2007 Sauvignon Blanc is a showstopper. Following with exquisite flavors of focused lemon, lime and grapefruit one can’t ask for a more enjoyable wine. Drink now.
