Wine Review: This yellow colored wine opens with a light apricot like bouquet with hints of spice and pears. On the palate, this light bodied wine is balanced, crisp, with apple like flavors with light oak on the back palate. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. The tasting panel felt this would be a perfect match with pecan encrusted tilapia. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of cinnamon, clove, anise, and oak spice. Lush Anjou pear and Golden apples are balanced by a deep minerality and persistent acidity. This vivacious wine has the structure to age, but enough forward fruit to be enjoyed in its youth.
