Wine Review: This crowd pleaser is just the kind of wine you might want to serve at your summer party. This almost clear wine opens with a light lime like bouquet with notes of wet stone. On the palate, this light bodied wine is balanced and shows lots of minerality along with its light lime flavors. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. This is also a very food friendly wine that would pair nicely with sole or halibut and maybe even oysters. Enjoy this bargain. Ken
Winemaker Notes: Colour : Brilliant light green. Bouquet : Ripe gooseberries with a hint of tropical fruit. Taste : An elegant but crisp wine with ripe, gooseberry flavours on the fore palate backed by tropical fruits and a hint of grassiness that lingers long on the aftertaste.
