Wine Review: This wine finished in second place during our first blind tasting of Rieslings. This very pale yellow wine opens with a very appealing light lemon zest like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is racy, round, a bit spritzy, with a complex array of flavors including lemon lime and pineapple with hints of apple. The finish is refreshing. This is a very versatile wine and would pair well with baked stuffed shrimp, lobster, and ham and pineapple slices. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: A semi-sweet medium bodied Germanic-styled wine. Vibrant aromas of peach, pear, citrus and honeysuckle flowers. The explosive mouth-filling flavors mirror the aromas with star fruit and steely apple malic acidity, giving a sweettart balance. Clean and refreshing with a crisp mouth-watering finish.
