Wine Review: This Rose came to us after our formal tasting. In a little mini tasting we did with some panelist, we felt this wine would contend nicely with some of our favorites from the blind tasting. This bright reddish pink wine opens with a strawberry like bouquet. On the palate, this light bodied wine is dry, round, and the most European in style of all the Rose's we tried recently. It reminded me of the classic Rose's we get from Provence. The flavors I tasted were raspberry like with dried cranberry notes. The finish is dry, clean, and refreshing. The wine performed much better cool, rather than cold. I would suggest that you enjoy it with a burger on the deck this summer. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Light cranberry color, juicy strawberry-watermelon fruit aromas, nice mineral, hint of pink grapefruit. Refreshingly crisp and dry. Great with almost any food, from sushi to salmon to BBQ!
