Wine Review: We really enjoyed this solid Pinot Grigio from Martha Clara Vineyards on Long Island. This pale yellow wine opens with a perfumed lime like bouquet with hints of pineapple. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is round, has nice acidity, and exhibits lively tart lime flavors. The finish is dry and pleasing. We thought this wine would be just perfect with spicy foods like Mexican dishes with cilantro or salsa’s. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Intense aromas of citrus zest and lemongrass abound. Rich citrus peel follows on the palate with subtle hints of kefir lime leaf. Vibrant acidity makes this a perfect summertime sipper.
