Wine Review: We recent attended a wine tasting party and brought this fun wine with us. It was a hit! This sparkling wine from Banfi was well received by everyone who tried it. This wine had nice harmony. Everything was appealing. How so? This cranberry colored wine had fine bubbles and opened with a pleasant light cranberry bouquet with a touch of spice. On the palate, this wine is round, lightly sweet, has a touch of fizz, with light raspberry like flavors. This wine is really tasty and a perfect aperitif. The finish is very refreshing. We and many others found this wine to be very easy to drink. We would pair this wine with an artichoke dip or ham based meal. Enjoy this fun wine at your next party. Cheers – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Color: Festive cranberry. Bouquet: Aromatic with hints of raspberries, strawberries and Bulgarian rose. Taste: Fresh raspberries, with crisp acidity, enticing the palate with an initial softness, graduating to a clean and dry finish.
