Wine Review: This bright ruby red wine opens with a fragrant spicy blueberry like bouquet with hints of raspberry. On the palate, this wine is round, juicy, has some acidity, and a dry mouthfeel. The flavor profile is dusty cherry and raspberry with some oak on the back palate. The finish is quite dry with soft tannins that linger for some time. This is a nice barbeque option that would pair nicely with grilled steak tips. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This wine provides a mouthful of red berry and black pepper flavours skillfully balanced with spicy French and vanillin American oak. Co-fermentation with a small percentage of Viognier has produced exotic aromas and a silky texture. Debut Shiraz is a stylish and elegant wine with gentle tannins and excellent varietal characters. Great to drink with friends and accompanies many food flavours.
