Wine Review: Luigi Bosca 2005 Malbec "Reserva"This opaque dark purple wine opens with a ripe raspberry like bouquet with cherry wood influences. On the palate, this wine is round, smooth, with fleshy cherry like flavors and toasted wood influences. The finish is quite dry and shows tannins that have noteworthy persistence. This is a wine that I think will get even better over the next 2 to 3 years. In the meantime, decant this wine and enjoy it with barbecue ribs. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: With deep ruby red color, this wine displays ripe red berries, spice and black pepper aromas. Its intense initial taste is complemented by the softness and sweetness of its tannins. It is a wine with a great body and structure.
