Winemaker Notes: The color is pale straw with green tinges. The bouquet is highly aromatic with fragrant lime and floral characters and hints of citrus blossom and rose petal. The palate is fresh, powerful and elegant with floral, citrus and mineral flavors nicely balanced by fine natural acidity. A delicious crisp and refreshing wine that is drinking superbly now and will cellar well for up to ten years. Excellent as an aperitif or with delicate seafood dishes.
