Wine Review: We recently revisited this wine. We found it to be a bright ruby Zin that opens with a fragrant boysenberry and black currant like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and very juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe but not jammy boysenberry and black raspberry. There are no hard edges at all in this wine. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. Our group thought this wine would pair well with pulled pork sliders or a rack of Memphis styled ribs. Enjoy – Ken
