Wine Review: This dark ruby wine opens with a slightly musty bouquet. On the palate, this wine is smooth as silk, has a very dry mouthfeel, and displays dusty light cherry flavors. The finish is quite dry and has long lasting dry tannins that linger for some time. This wine could still use a bit of cellar time but if you can’t resist, enjoy it with meatloaf. Cheers, Ken
Winemaker Notes: Colour: Intense deep red colour. Aroma: Intense red fruit, spiciness involved with French oak aging notes. Palate: Fruity and intense with good quality tannins.
