Wine Review: This straw colored wine opens with a little minerality and light lime on the bouquet. On the palate, this medium to full bodied wine is round, slightly creamy, and has tasty citrus like flavors with hints of grapefruit, pineapple, and minerality. The finish is refreshing and lingers nicely. This wine would go well with swordfish or a seafood casserole. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: An elegant and delicate Riesling with a strong mineral structure. The flavours are like the ones of exotic fruit such as mango, papaya and goose berry. It has a refreshing effervescence and an earthy, smoky nose.
