Wine Review: This light yellow wine opens with a light green apple bouquet with hints of pear. On the palate, this unoaked wine is round, balanced, fresh, crisp and displays green apple like flavors with notes of minerality. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. This wine would complement swordfish nicely. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: A wine with a lovely golden robe and greenish highlights. This wine reveals spicy aromas of fennel, as well as more citric ones of lemon, and ripe fruit ones of apricot. Once on the palate we can admire its great balance between fatness and acidity. Perfect! Great length on the palate, this wine will age wonderfully in two to three years.
