Wine Review: This Bordeaux blend from KJ seems to be delicious every year and this wine is certainly no exception. This wine opens with a fruit forward cherry bouquet that grabs your attention. On the palate, this wine is very smooth, elegant, and very well balanced. The flavor profile was quite complex with cherries, plums, and blueberries and a touch of spice. The finish is quite dry, shows some fine tannins, and lingers for quite some time. This is an extremely food friendly wine that will complement the best steak or filet that you can find. Enjoy – Ken
