Wine Review: Every once in a while we get a wine that strikes us as different and unique. This wine did that for us. When we tried it we had no idea what grapes it contained. All we knew was that we like it…a lot!. This very light yellow wine opens with a very inviting green apple bouquet with hints of lemon and minerality. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is round, crisp, has some viscosity, and displays tangy lemon lime flavors with a touch of minerality. The finish is dry, shows some well integrated acidity, while leaving you feeling quite refreshed. This wine would be a great beach wine or a cool wine on a hot day. Serve it slightly chilled and pair it with grilled lemon chicken. Enjoy – Ken
