Wine Review: This was the first Cab we tried from this series and we were quite impressed. This very dark redish purple wine opens with a very aromatic bouquet that has aromas of chocolate and cherry. On the palate, this full bodied wine is very smooth, elegant, has a dry mouthfeel, while releasing delicious cherry flavors. The finish is quite dry, has very fine tannins that sail on for quite a long time. This is a perfect wine to pair with a NY strip steak. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Deep, rich, chunky and full-bodied. Loads of black fruit, licorice, espresso roast, slight tobacco and a hint of chocolate.
