Wine Review: This ruby red offering from KJ opens with a very inviting cherry bouquet that jumps out at you. In addition to the cherry there are hints of cassis. On the palate, this wine is quite juicy, round, does not have any hard edges, and displays dusty cherry flavors. The finish is dry, offers soft tannins that linger for quite some time. Enjoy this quaffer with your barbeque steak tips. Cheers - Ken
Winemaker Notes: "Well-defined currants, blackberry, blueberry and cassis make for abundant fruit on the attack. Sturdy, complex tannins balance the acidity throughout. Notes of smoke, mocha, cedar and lots of rich oak round off the long, earthy, heady finish." Randy Ullom, Winemaster
