Wine Review: This wine was the Big Winner at our recent blind tasting of Syrahs! This very deep purple wine has a very unique bouquet of allspice, coffee, and ash. On the palate, this full bodied wine is well balanced, has a dry mouthfeel, and displays juicy blackberry flavors along with some anise, chocolate covered raisens, and honey. The finish is dry and lingers for quite a while. The panel felt this wine would pair perfectly with a ribeye steak. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Ripe blackberry and black cherry scents, balanced by rich chocolate, smoked meats, amd a whiff of clean leather.
