Wine Review: This fine option from Stonehedge finished very well in our recent blind tasting of Syrahs. This ruby colored wine opens with a spicy blackberry and smoky red raspberry like bouquet with a touch of anise. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is round, has a bit of a grainy feel, and has delicate blackberry flavors. The finish is quite dry, a slightly tart, and has noticeable lingering fine grained tannins. The panel thought this would pair nicely with a hearty beef stew or an "Everything Tuna" from Legal Sea Foods. Enjoy - KWGTP
