Wine Review: This Zin opens with a relatively mild boysenberry bouquet with hints of bay leaf and menthol. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is a bit sweet, round, simple, and has cherry flavors with pepper influences. The finish is dry and offers some length. The panel felt this Zin was very traditional and would be a good glass pour at a nice steak restaurant. We thought it would pair best with carpaccio, ribs, or beef stew. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: COLOR: Red, black, burgundy. NOSE: Tar & spices with black fruit. PALATE: Full black fruit. Big but soft tannins. Good acid balance drives the long soft finish.
