Wine Review: I recently attended a Riedel tasting with Georg Riedel. The first wine with lunch was this pleasant Chard from Burgundy. Once it warmed up it displayed a musty like bouquet with hints of green apple. On the palate, the wine is dry, well balanced, smooth, and displays green apple like flavors with a hint of light pineapple. On the finish the wine is dry and fades nicely. This is a very food friendly wine that would pair nicely with roasted chicken with thyme or pork tenderloin. Enjoy – Ken
