Wine Review: Discovering new wines is one of the best parts of my job. This wine is a combination of three indigenous white grapes from Portugal that most folks do not get a chance to experience every day. This light yellow wine opens with a light bouquet with hints of pear. On the palate, the wine is smooth, creamy, well balanced, slightly viscous, and has pear like flavors with hints of spice. The finish is dry, but brief. I would match this wine with a halibut meal. Enjoy – Ken
