Wine Review: As we explored a few whites from the Northern Italian region of Alto Adige, we thought we would start with this blend for Terlano. What a treat the wine was. This yellow gold wine opens with a very aromatic apple like bouquet with hints of cantaloupe. On the palate, the wine is well balanced, creamy, smooth, and shows a touch of acidity. The flavor profile is tropical fruit flavors with some minerality mixed in. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. We found this wine to be a delight and thought it would pair very nicely with the crab meat stuffed halibut at Legal Sea Foods. Enjoy- Ken
Winemaker Notes: Color: light yellow with green reflexes Aroma: lowery and fruity (tropical fruits) with light yeasty notes Taste: harmonious and quite strong on the palate very persistent
