Wine Review: This was our favorite 100% Chenin Blanc in our most recent blind tasting of white wines. This wine finished 3rd overall in the tasting. This light yellow wine opens with a fragrant ripe apple like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is round, viscous, easy to drink, and has light lemon like flavors with hints of apple. The finish is dry and lingers for a bit. The panel would recommend this wine with halibut. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This wooded dry wine has a complex nose combined with ripe melon fruit, caramel and oaky vanilla aromas. It has a rich palate with a creamy butterscotch character and oak flavours, addingh a roasted aftertaste.
