Wine Review: I’m a big fan of Spanish white wines these days and this one finish fourth is a recent blind tasting that we conducted. This light yellow opened with a bouquet that expressed some minerals, was a bit grassy, and had some petrol influence. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is crisp, racy, and a touch tangy. Its flavor profile is tasty lime like flavors with hints of green apple. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. The panel felt this wine would be perfect with steamed clams with drawn butter. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: A pale, straw-colored wine with light green hues. Intense citrus aromas are complemented by a strong mineral character, and light, lively acidity. The perfect complement to shellfish and seafood – from raw oysters, seared scallops, and broiled fish to bouillabaisse.
