Wine Review: This pale yellow wine showed nicely in our recent blind tasting of white wines. This recommended wine opens with a faint peach like bouquet. On the palate, this light to medium bodied wine is round, crisp, easy to drink, and offers up some spicy lemon and lychee like flavors. The finish is a bit off dry, refreshing, and has a short finish. The panel thought this wine would pair well with grilled lemon chicken or pork roast with apples. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Characteristic lychee fruit aromas on the nose, with hints of dried pear and apricots. Big, well-balanced, and slightly spicy on the palate, ending with a long, lingering finish.
