Wine Review: This dark red wine opens with a moderate spicy anise and black cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is round and has some noticeable acidity but it’s in line. It is fruit forward and has plenty of light oak influenced spicy black cherry and blueberry like flavors. The finish is dry and has decent length. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: A delightful mélange of aromas and flavors. Specifically blended from Bordeaux and Rhone varietals, this wine is brimming with lively black cherry and black berry fruit wrapped in mocha and fudge. It is supple and spicy, with hints of California bay leaf, tobacco, leather and black licorice. This wine has the structure to age for several years but with its vivacity, why wait?
