Wine Review: This purple wine opens with a musty black cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is very well balanced, smooth, fresh, and very tasty. It has oak influenced forward black cherry flavors. The finish is very dry, pleasant, and extremely prolonged. This is a terrific red meat food wine that would appeal to Bordeaux lovers. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: The nose features candied cherry, blueberry, licorice, nutmeg, and earthy undertones. Plush mouth of dark plum stew flavors with a smooth velvety finish. (06/07)
