Wine Review: We recently attended a Smith and Wollensky Wine Week lunch and this wine was clearly our group’s favorite wine out of the 10 sampled. This very light yellow wine opens with a very aromatic light apricot like bouquet. On the palate, the wine is smooth, creamy, and has soft light lemon lime like flavors. On the finish, the wine is dry and subtle. This quaffer is very easy to drink. It is also very food friendly and would pair nicely with most chicken dishes. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Pale yellow with a green tinge to the color. Flint, Meyer lemon and grapefruit citrus aromas, fresh citrus and green apple fruit flavors with a crisp acidity, lingering flavors through the finish.
