Wine Review: This wine opens with an aromatic light citrus bouquet with hints of iced tea. On the palate, this wine is dry, steely, well balanced, has nice acidity, and has lime like flavors. The finish is dry and a bit subtle. This wine would pair nicely with many foods, but especially well with Chicken Piccata. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Pale straw yellow with a green hue at release. Lime, rose petal, and musk dominate the aroma. A slight tropical character adds complexity to the citrus characters. The wine has a youthful fresh aroma at release. The palate is beautifully balanced, generous and mouth-filling. Lime, lemon and grapefruit characters are abundant with a delicate musk character also carried throughout the palate. The finish is long and clean.
