Wine Review: This wine opens with a light floral apple like bouquet. On the palate, the wine is crisp, lively, has good acidity, and displays unripe apple and very mineral like flavors. The finish is dry and lingers for a bit. It was a nice opening wine for the evening. Enjoy - Ken
